I had an amazing shopping experience! The store has such a chic and stylish vibe, but what really made my visit special was the staff. The girls working there were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, without making me feel rushed and boy it’s not as easy as it looks to pick through so many beautiful charms and jewelry. They even let me change anything on my charm bracelet once I was finished. Their knowledge of the collections and attention to detail made all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a personalized, pleasant shopping experience.

After visiting the stand in Columbus Circle, I decided to visit the Soho store for more options! I am such a fan of Gabriela Ceballos jewelry since it looks great and it's hypoallergenic. It doesn't turn black! I was also excited to hear about the charm bar they have available in Soho! They had SO many cute options and the staff was super sweet and helpful (thank you Jenny & Andy!). They made sure that I was satisfied with my bracelet and that it was the size I wanted. It was a gift for my mom and she was over the moon when I gave it to her. It also fit her perfectly. Thank you! I can't wait to come back and make another charm bracelet! 🥰

I had a lovely experience at the charm bar at Gabriela Ceballos. Went in today to create this charm necklace for a gift. The customer service from Jenny and Vanessa was exceptional. They helped me every step of the way. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be coming back to the store soon :)

Such a fun place for a date spot or a sibling outing or even just a best friend night out. All chain options are $30 a piece and every charm added is $8. So 5 charms on a chain is about $75 plus tax if that helps. They have legit every charm you can think of. I didn't find a coffee cup, but I'm sure it was there. I LOVED the options - if you have decisions paralysis like me- go near closing time so you're at a time constraint.

Creating your own charm necklace is the perfect day date! They had so many cute charms. Andrea and Snezana made sure I was happy with the results. Plus it only takes them a few minutes to assemble the charms. I recommend coming in the morning before the crowd comes.

This was the cutest way to spend the evening with my girls. It was so fun making charm bracelets! Moni Ten and Lucia were so cool. They took the time to explain how to get started and even went out of their way to dive through the different boxes to help us find letters in all the different styles💓 thank you again!!

Me and my friend made matching necklaces and the worker was so sweet we went to the shop at the Turnstile in NYC and had a great time, they came out so cute and they also had other really nice jewelry that I wanted. 10/10 will be going again such a cute store

i saw this place on tiktok and decided to stop in during my trip to New York. Located a short walk from Broadway street in Soho with all the other shopping. Super cute charms & lots of options for gold but still a good amount for silver. Moni and Ten were super helpful & made sure it was too my liking before leaving

We went here for a friend’s birthday and we all had a great time putting together our charm necklaces and finding one that fit our club theme :). There are so many charms to choose from, although my friend has some difficulty finding some of the silver charms in gold and vice versa. The chains (both gold and silver) are $30 and each charm is $8 and if you get an additional piece of jewelry, it’s $20. I paid $76 for 5 charms + the chain. They also cut the chain if you find it too long (although the woman at the register didn’t seem to happy to do so when asked lol). I can’t speak for the quality just yet since I’ve only worn it for a week hahah but I haven’t been itchy wearing their jewelry, so that’s a good sign :D Since we went on a weekend, it was busy and the shop is small so definitely try going early or on a weekday if you don’t want to bump shoulders with others lol. We waited about 30 mins for the necklaces to be finished, so we went grabbed some coffees and came back :) Overall, a fun experience! I’ll definitely come back.

I had a great experience with Andy, ana, and mckenna today at the charm bar! They helped me out with choosing the charms to put on the necklace, and were so kind as to stay after the store closed to finish up our necklaces!! overall loved the store and the workers 10/10!
