Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

State whether or not shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. Communicate what the customer should expect if your company is experiencing a high volume of orders, and if they should expect any delays. Let them know how you will communicate these changes. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a confirmation and order tracking within 1-2 days after purchase 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Gabriela Ceballos INC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Shipment Claims

Checkout+

Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides shipping and package protection for your order. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim, and upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.

Please note: Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts. Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please file a claim through our Claims Portal and select the appropriate reason for your claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing, as photos may be requested during review.

If you purchased Checkout+ at checkout, your claim is covered under Package Protection and an approved claim will be replaced at no extra cost. If Checkout+ was not selected, you may still file a claim with us or with the shipment carrier directly.
