We gladly accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, you must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
You may choose a full refund to your original payment method or opt for store credit.
Please Note: Gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Each charm necklace you design is a unique piece, crafted just for you. Because of the highly personalized nature of these items, all custom-built necklaces and individual charms purchased at the Online Charm Bar are considered final sale.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these custom creations.

We are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If your piece arrives with a defect or you experience a quality issue, please contact us immediately at info@gabrielaceballos.com so we can resolve it for you.
For any verified defect, we will happily provide a replacement or exchange at no cost to you.
Ensure Eligibility: Confirm that your item is a standard (non-custom) purchase and is within the 30-day return window.
Package Your Item: Please ensure your name is clearly written on the package and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for this process. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns on purchases over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please be aware that all special orders and wholesale orders for physical events are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged after the event has taken place.
