Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind what we sell. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after delivery to make a return or exchange. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. We must also be supplied with the original packaging, and a receipt/proof of purchase.


Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping a purchase of over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot make any guarantees on behalf of your chosen mail service that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

If you don’t see money back in your bank account immediately upon return delivery, don’t be alarmed. It typically takes the banks 3-5 business days to process returns.
